Can I try OutboundPro before signing up?

Are plans billed monthly or annually?
All prices shown correspond to the annual plan, billed monthly. Annual plans offer the best value. Contact us for upfront payment terms.
Can I change plans after signing up?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the amount is adjusted proportionally. Downgrades take effect in the next billing cycle.
What happens when I reach my search limit?
When the monthly search limit is reached, you can buy additional credits or wait for renewal next month. Unused credits do not roll over between periods.
How does the email and social media finder work?
The finder uses multiple public sources to locate the professional contact of decision-makers at the companies you prospect. The hit rate varies by segment but is usually above 60%.
Which integrations are available?
OutboundPro integrates natively with Pipedrive, RD Station and ExactSales. We also offer a REST API and Webhooks to connect with any system, including ERPs and automation tools.
Is my data safe on the platform?
Yes. OutboundPro follows Brazil's LGPD data protection guidelines, uses encryption in transit and at rest, and undergoes periodic security audits. Our DPO can be reached at dpo@outboundpro.com.br.
How does cancellation work?
You can cancel anytime through the platform or by contacting support. There is no cancellation fee. Access remains active until the end of the period already paid.
