These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the OutboundPro platform, provided by Outboundpro Desenvolvimento e Programacao de Software Ltda ("OutboundPro", "we", "our"), registered under CNPJ 47.155.740/0001-60, headquartered at Av. Me. Benvenuta, 1168 -- SL 202 -- Santa Monica, Florianopolis/SC, Brazil, ZIP 88035-000.

By accessing or using the platform, you ("User", "Client") declare that you have read, understood, and fully agree with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the OutboundPro platform is conditioned upon full and unrestricted acceptance of these Terms. Acceptance occurs at the time of registration when the User checks the agreement box, or through continued use of the services.

2. Service Description

OutboundPro is a B2B prospecting platform offering: company prospecting with Brazilian Federal Revenue data, data enrichment, Business Scoring, integrated CRM, third-party integrations, and market intelligence.

3. Payment and Billing

Access to OutboundPro is offered through paid subscriptions according to plans and prices available at outboundpro.com.br/en/pricing. Billing is monthly with an annual contract. Plans may be adjusted annually based on the IPCA index with 30 days prior notice.

4. Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Access remains active until the end of the already paid period. There is no cancellation fee. Data export is available for 30 days after cancellation.

5. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of Florianopolis, State of Santa Catarina, are elected to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms.
